Choose your Gaudí tour
The Complete Gaudí Tour in the centre. Beside it, the half-day pair of Park Güell and the
Sagrada Família, and the full day that swaps Casa Batlló for La Pedrera and adds tapas.

Entry and guided visits of Park Güell and the Sagrada Família
Three tapas and a glass of cava at El Cafè de la Pedrera
Transport between sites by taxi or private car
Casa Batlló from outside only; small group, free cancellation to 24 hours
Most tours name four buildings. The real difference is which ones you go inside and which you
only admire from the pavement, so that column comes first.
Children aged 2 to 10 pay less on the Complete Gaudí Tour; infants are not allowed. The
official-ticket estimate adds Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, Park Güell (€18) and the Sagrada Família with its app
audio guide (€26) for one adult. Every tour here cancels free up to 24 hours ahead.
What you actually get
Four names in the title, three doors you go through.
The Complete Gaudí Tour is run by Walks, a small-group operator, and it earns its name: in one day you see
the four works most people come to Barcelona for. But it does not go inside all four. You enter Casa
Batlló, Park Güell and the Sagrada Família with pre-booked tickets and a guide. La
Pedrera (Casa Milà) is a 30-minute stop on the pavement of Passeig de Gràcia, and its rooftop of chimney
warriors stays out of reach.
That is a sensible trade: three timed entries, a guide who knows the queues, and two transfers that save
you the climb to Park Güell. The cost is pace. At up to 5.5 hours it is a long walking day, the group moves
on a timetable, and some guests would rather split it in two. If La Pedrera matters more to you than Casa
Batlló, the Gaudí in One Day tour makes the opposite swap.
1926
The year Gaudí died, hit by a tram on Gran Via. The
centenary makes 2026 the busiest Gaudí year in decades, so book entries early.
Casa BatllóPark GüellSagrada FamíliaLa Pedrera from outside
La Pedrera's rooftop warriors: seen only from the street on the Complete Gaudí Tour.
01
Is La Pedrera inside?
No, it is an exterior stop. Add the La Pedrera ticket or the night visit if you want the rooftop.
02
Are the towers included?
No. The Sagrada Família visit is the basilica interior; tower tickets are sold separately.
03
How fit do I need to be?
Moderately. It is a walking tour; no wheelchairs or strollers, and it is not for serious heart conditions.
04
Which option do I book?
"Complete Gaudí Tour". The shorter Gaudí Highlights option leaves out Park Güell.

Best tour! 100% worth the money. Knowledgeable guide! Efficient use of time. Skip the line was very helpful to see the 3 sites that would normally take 3 days with the crowds.
★★★★★
We took the full 5-hour tour and got to see and learn so much about Gaudí! It's an intense experience with lots of walking, but there are a few breaks built-in, so we got a chance to rest.
★★★★★
She was so adept at guiding us through crowded sites, and transfers by bus went smoothly. This tour was a great way to obtain working knowledge of Gaudí's influence in Barcelona and the world.
★★★★★
Great detailed information of Gaudí & most of his achievements. Anna was full of stories & small details at every turn. She knew the best places to stop for us to have a great view at each location.
★★★★★
This tour was totally worth it!! I was able to see everything I wanted to see and more! While the tour was long (as advertised), it was 1000% worth it to see 3 major attractions.
★★★★★
Our guide Jana was informative, professional, and fun! Even though we had an extremely hot day, she kept us mostly in the shade. Having the driver for transport in between sights was really helpful.
★★★★★
Since I learned about Gaudí in the late 1990s I always wanted to see his work in person. Jaume was an excellent guide! It was 5 hours packed with information and insights.
★★★★★
Mel was an excellent tour guide. She kept us going throughout the day with her energy and knowledge. Excellent tour for those wanting an immersive Gaudí experience.
★★★★★
Mel was terrific. She was knowledgeable about everything Gaudí. She pointed out things that we would never have noticed. Thanks for a wonderful tour.
The missing rooftop
See La Pedrera after dark
The tour stops outside Casa Milà. Its own night visit takes you in and up to the chimney
warriors, with a light show and a glass of cava.
La Pedrera Night Experience with Rooftop Show
★ 4.1 · 631 reviews · 1.5 hours
The Complete Gaudí Tour only shows you La Pedrera from the pavement. Fix that after dinner: La Pedrera's own night visit takes a small group through the building after closing, up to the rooftop for a light show projected onto the chimney warriors, and ends with a glass of cava and something sweet.
Antoni Gaudí's Barcelona is spread across the city, from the boulevard of Passeig de Gràcia to a
hillside park and a basilica that is still being finished a century after his death. Here is what a one-day tour
of it can and cannot do, and how to choose between the options.
What the tour covers
The day starts where Barcelona's modernist showpieces stand shoulder to shoulder: on the "Block of Discord"
of Passeig de Gràcia, where Casa Amatller and Casa Batlló compete for attention. Casa Batlló, Gaudí's
remodel of 1904 to 1906, is the first entry: the undulating noble floor, the light well tiled from deep to pale
blue so the light spreads evenly, and the dragon-backed roof. Then comes a walk up the boulevard to La
Pedrera, built from 1906 to 1912, whose nickname means "the stone quarry". You see it from outside.
From there the group rides up to Park Güell, the garden city for the industrialist Eusebi Güell that
failed as a housing estate and became a public park in 1926. The tour covers the ticketed Monumental Zone: the
mosaic dragon on the stairway, the Hypostyle Room with its forest of columns, and the long serpentine bench
over the city. A private minivan then takes you down to the Sagrada Família, begun in 1882 and taken
over by Gaudí a year later, for a guided visit inside.
Casa Batlló's light well: darker blue tiles at the top, paler ones below.
What it really costs
The tour starts at $162 per adult on Viator, with a lower child rate. Bought one by one, the official
entries for one adult come to roughly €100 for all four buildings: Park Güell is €18, the Sagrada Família is
€26 with the app audio guide and €30 with a guide, La Pedrera starts at €25 to €29, and Casa Batlló's dynamic
prices start around €29 to €35. What the tour adds is the guide, the pre-booked timed entries and the transfers,
which matter most in the centenary year, when popular slots sell out days ahead.
The honest small print: the title lists La Pedrera, but the tour does not go inside it,
and the Sagrada Família towers are not part of it. The complaints guests make are about pace, not content: it is
long and full, one guest wished for more time in Park Güell, and another suggested two separate tours. A few also
noted headset trouble and that prices can differ within the same group.
Which tour for which traveler
Take the Complete Gaudí Tour if you want the most Gaudí in one day and Casa Batlló is your pick of the
houses. Choose the Park Güell and Sagrada Família half day if the two big sites are enough and you would
rather see Casa Batlló at your own pace with its official ticket. Gaudí in One Day suits people who want
La Pedrera's rooftop and a gentler pace with taxis and a tapas stop. For the houses themselves, the three
houses tour goes inside Casa Vicens, La Pedrera and Casa Batlló in three hours.
Gaudí's catenary arches: one of the details guides point out that visitors usually miss.
Making the most of the day
Wear shoes you have walked in before, carry water and a scarf for the basilica, and eat a proper breakfast:
lunch comes after the tour. Arrive at Casa Amatller 15 minutes early, stay close to the guide in Casa Batlló's
busy rooms, and keep the evening free: the tour ends inside the Sagrada Família, where you can stay on, and La
Pedrera's night visit is a short metro ride away.
Small groups of up to 15 use radio headsets, which help in busy rooms.
Straight answers to what visitors ask most about the Complete Gaudí Tour.
What does the Complete Gaudí Tour include?
A small-group day with a local guide (max 15) that goes inside Casa Batlló, Park Güell and the Sagrada Família with pre-booked, skip-the-line entry. You also stop outside La Pedrera and walk through Gràcia and the Eixample. Two transfers are included: public transport up to Park Güell and a private minivan down to the Sagrada Família. Lunch, tips and hotel pickup are not included. See the tour.
Do you go inside La Pedrera on the Complete Gaudí Tour?
No. The listing names La Pedrera (Casa Milà), but it is an exterior stop of about 30 minutes: admission is not included. To see the rooftop warriors, add the La Pedrera ticket or the night experience, or pick the Gaudí in One Day tour, which goes inside La Pedrera instead of Casa Batlló.
How much does the Complete Gaudí Tour cost?
From $162 per adult on Viator in October 2026, with a lower price for children aged 2 to 10. The tour has three options, and the shorter Gaudí Highlights option leaves out Park Güell, so check you are booking "Complete Gaudí Tour". Guests report that the price can differ between people on the same date. See Gaudí tour prices for the official ticket costs.
How long is the tour, and how much walking is there?
Up to about 5.5 hours for the complete option, and it is a walking tour. The operator asks for moderate fitness, and it is not suitable for wheelchairs, strollers or guests with serious heart or medical conditions. Casa Batlló has lifts for the way up. There are short breaks, but guests describe it as long and full.
Where does the Complete Gaudí Tour start and end?
It meets outside Casa Amatller at Passeig de Gràcia 41, right next to Casa Batlló. Arrive 15 minutes early and look for the guide with a yellow WalksDevour sign. The tour ends inside the Sagrada Família on Carrer de Mallorca 401, and you can stay on afterwards.
Are the Sagrada Família towers included?
No. The tour includes a guided visit of the basilica interior, not a tower lift. Tower tickets sell out and can be closed in bad weather. If the towers matter to you, book them separately on the official site.
What is the dress code?
Only the Sagrada Família has one. Officially: no see-through clothing, nothing shorter than mid-thigh, no swimwear, and shoulders covered in the Chapel of the Holy Sacrament. The tour operator goes further and asks everyone to cover shoulders and knees, so carry a light scarf. More in what to wear.
Is the Complete Gaudí Tour good for kids?
For older kids who like walking, yes. Adult prices start at 11, children aged 2 to 10 pay less, infants are not allowed and strollers cannot come. Under-16s must be with an adult. With younger children, the Park Güell guided tour plus a Casa Batlló ticket is an easier day.
Can I see Gaudí's buildings in one day on my own?
Yes, with timed tickets for each site. Keep the two Passeig de Gràcia houses together (they are about 500 m apart), and put Park Güell, which is up a hill, at one end of the day. Our one-day plan gives the order and the transfers.
Casa Batlló or La Pedrera: which is better?
Casa Batlló is smaller, more colourful and more theatrical, with AR tablets and immersive rooms. La Pedrera is bigger, with a period apartment, the arched attic and the rooftop of chimney warriors. If you only have time for one, the tour answers it for you: it goes inside Casa Batlló. Compare them in Casa Batlló vs La Pedrera.
Is Park Güell free to visit?
Only the outer woodland is. The Monumental Zone, with the dragon stairway, the Hypostyle Room and the mosaic bench, needs a timed ticket: €18 for adults, €13.50 for ages 7 to 12 and over-65s, free for under-7s. The Complete Gaudí Tour includes it. See Park Güell tickets.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. The Complete Gaudí Tour and every other option on this page can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the start time on Viator.
